Shipping Policies
Items in stock will arrive within 7-10 business days.   

Shipping prices are $8.00 for the first item, and then an additional $2.00 per item.  Orders totaling $100 or more will recieve FREE shipping!

UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Any PO address will have items shipped via USPS.

DJD Collectibles will ship Worldwide. Please contact DJD Collectibles via email for individual shipping quotes.

Return Policies
DJD Collectibles offers a 100% money back guarantee.  DJD Collectibles must be informed of all returns within 30 days.  Purchaser will be given a full refund when the item is returned and inspected for damage. Item must be returned in the original condition in which it was received.

Backorder Policy
Due to high demand, occassionally a product will be backordered. If this happens, customer will be given the choice of either waiting for the item to return to stock, choosing another item of equal value, or being issued a refund. We try hard to avoid this situation, but will work to remedy it should it happen.

Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
